This year is almost done, and you're still hanging on to that relationship that isn’t going anywhere. You've attended 8 weddings this year and all your friends who are about your age seems to be happily married and have settled down. I can imagine the feeling, and the increasing pressure from parents. But what can you do? No... its not your fault that HE didn’t propose, its not your fault that another year is coming to an end, and you'll still end up without a ring. But wait... have you ask yourself, what is the aim of this relationship? If you cant define your relationship, your heart and expectations would always be defied by men. HOW TO GET THE RING Build On You Character Character is the live wire of any relationship. I would prefer to marry a woman with an outstanding character even if she’s not too religious over a woman who’s very religious and has a very bad character (from a male perspective). If you lack character, your relationship is bound to fail. You've to develop the right character, God cannot do that for you, if you don’t do that yourself. Appearance Matters Men care much about appearance, and truthfully, nobody needs psychology to tell them that. Alot of ladies make mistake when it comes to appearance, you can’t dress like ladies do in the 40’s and expect to get a ring from your man who work as an executive in a multinational corporation. Come on girl.. you've got to look great, learn to brand yourself. How you look determines how you're worth. Be truthful to yourself and change what needs to be change. Communicate Yourself Feeling It helps your partner know your expectations, and if his goals align with yours. Give Yourself Some Standard It helps your man respect and understands your core values and principles. This will make him want to keep you for life. Try It.... Be Bold Enough To Say GoodBye What is the essence of having a courtship that span for 8 years without any plans for marriage. Wise up girl, he is just making you miss having the real Mr Right come into your life. You must have the emotional maturity to say GOODBYE. Don’t hang on to a bus that’s going nowhere. Remember that having a relationship with yourself is the best ever know yourself. CHEERS...

You Can Start Again

You don’t have to always look into the past and start counting your loss. Where ever you are at the present has the capacity to launch you into your greatness. It is confidence in your ability that spurs you on to greatness, not you level of competence. How! You might ask. In 1914, a spontaneous combustion has broken out in Thomas Edison laboratory that destroyed everything in just minutes. Fire companies from eight surrounding towns were unable to put out the fire because of the intensity of the heat and low water pressure. At age 67 he watched all his assets going up in flames and destroyed. The damaged was estimated to be over two million dollars then. His son ran up to him and said “Dad everything is gone”. Seeing his son he shouted “where is your mother?” he said further “find her. Bring her here. She will never see anything like this as long as she lives further”. The next morning he got up, looked at the ruins and said “there is great value in disaster. All our mistakes are burned up. Thank God we can start anew”. Three weeks after the fire, Thomas Edison delivered the first phonograph. What an attitude! Don’t always expect life to be a bed of roses, you will sometimes experience pain. But each pain comes with a purpose of taking you to the next level. Find purpose in your pain; look at the bright side of life. Never give up, believe in yourself, your idea. Hope for the best and it will surely come. Don’t be scared to fall, but be scared of not wanting to rise up, all men fall but only great men rise again. It is attitude like this that made great men turn misfortune into great fortune. You don’t put your back to the ground, because you fall to the ground. Get up and start again, because you have life, and it gives you the opportunity to start again. Power Of Thoughts

It's an Inside Job: Most people have it back to front, believing that they feel or think a certain way because of their circumstances, not knowing the truth that it is their thought power that is creating those very circumstances, whether wanted or unwanted. By internalizing and applying this Truth, that your thoughts create your reality, you will grant yourself the power to create the changes you want to see manifest in your life. Reality creation is an inside job. Your Thought Power is Limitless: There is a single, intelligent Consciousness that pervades the entire Universe, which is all powerful, all knowing, all creative and present everywhere at the same time - the Universal Mind. Your mind is part of this One Universal Mind and since your thoughts are a product of your mind, it follows that your thought power too is limitless. Once you truly understand that your mind is one with the Single Source of All Power and that this power is within you, you will have found the only true source of infinite power for which nothing is impossible and impossible is nothing. PAIN TO GAIN

Things won’t happen in your life just because you want it to. You don’t wake up one morning and say God this what I want’’ then you go back and tuck yourself back in your blanket. You have to make some effort. Too many people are afraid of taken step necessary to their advancement, without going through life’s common pain there is to beneficial gain. You need to be aware that there will always be obstacles to your progress in life. People may not celebrate your gift, or may not appreciate your talent, you don’t have to let all this frivolities distract you. Even sportsmen and athletes know that it takes a painful preparation to win a great game. A lot of people think they can just pray their difficulties away and have nothing else to do with trying to solve it , or many still expect themselves to be lucky. You don’t live life expecting to live through it by luck alone. Life is a challenge rise up and face it, life is a battle get up and fight it. Don’t expect to wake up one morning and expect all your problems to be gone. Life doesn’t work that way, you have to learn from them. Pain can be converted to purpose and in your purpose therein lies the gains. The price of success is pain (perseverance) before gain.
